My Goals:
I'm hoping to get back to a healthy weight and regain my former healthy lifestyle. It's proving to be harder than I expected!

My Program:
 My strategy is to keep healthful foods around the house, and work some physical activity into my daily routine.


Personal Information:
I'm from the US, but I have lived overseas for many years. I was recently diagnosed with MS and am learning to adjust to new health issues. Exercising is particularly difficult -- and important!

    I am just coming along to say hello and hope all is going well. I found a new web site that is too cool that I pass it on its called WIX, check it out you might be able to put something on there about your business.     haha yeah, I don't want to let my insecurity restrict my atitivity anymore. except wearing a bikini though . emoticon

    by the way, I am curious, do you like living in China ?
    I 'd only been to Shenzhen and Guangdong , thats about it ( mainly was about shopping or visiting our customers )

    If i ever had a chance, i would like to go to beijing or Nanjing .

    The heat will make your MS flare up???

    It's beginning to get hot here... I'm from Florida... so heat isn't something that scares me. Haha. So, far it's not TOO bad. Although, I have been told that it will get really terribly hot here. Inside our house we have a/c, but the classrooms don't have it. So, I'm not entirely sure how teaching will be, yet.

    What's Beijing like? We are wanting to get there...one of these days... Actually we really wanted to go this summer, but are making other plans. Beijing seems really expensive from what I've been told, and we are wanting to spend our whole summer galavanting all over Asia.... so the idea of heading to Beijing may be out of the question.

    I didn't know there were workout videos on sparkpeople... emoticon
