Howdy I am Cathe. Thanks for stopping by. Excited to start my Health and Wellness Journey! Moving forward and taking it one step at a time.Staying focused, committed and positive. Living life for today and making each and everyday count. I am going to be a winner with a Happy and Healthy Heart!
Was away for a few years for personnel reasons. Made my way back with no reasons to leave again. Restarting my Health & Wellness Journey. So Happy to be Sparking again!
Goal is for a Healthier Mind, Body & Soul. Working on it 1 step at a time!

track my food and water daily
exercise at least 10 minutes daily
do something for myself daily

My Program:
For me its not just the weight lose and the number on the scale. It's about developing a Healthy mind, body, and soul. A new Healthier Happy me, with a healthy & happy ticker.

*TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME AND REALIZE THAT I MY STUMBLE ALONG THE WAY, JUST KEEP MOVING FORWARD.



Personal Information:
My child has 4 paws & is spoiled rotten. lol. Her name is Ginger. A rescue Fur Baby that I love more then life

I am retired. I enjoy spending my time spreading joy and helping others.
I am a dedicated Hospice visiting volunteer. Also help out with different Veterans programs, and am very active in many programs at Church. I just Love to share Love, Joy and Happiness for life with who ever I can.


Other Information:
I Love to share the word of God, my happiness and my joy for life. I enjoy reading, walking, playing with my Fur Baby (Little Miss Ginger Girl).

If you're not feeling motivated to workout and eat right today....do it anyway! Be your own hero and take charge. You will likely feel motivated after you get started. I know I don't have to remind you that you're worth the effort, right?

    Wow has it been that long since I logged in. Not sure what it is but I'm so focus on the my January Marathon. This will be the earliest marathon I've done, and I'm not much of cold weather runner, so trying to keep up my mileage with in-door track running. I'm less then three weeks until first marathon for 2014, all I'm doing is working out, going to work, and runnning, and getting a little sleep in. BUT I will be at the Indy Rally, 11-Jan. 2014.
