Made my way back with no reasons to leave again. Restarting my Health & Wellness Journey. So Happy to be Sparking again! Goal is for a Healthier Mind, Body & Soul. Working on it 1 step at a time!

11/1/2020 My Motivation:For every 5 pounds I lose I will give myself a reward. Here is my list, watch me check them off as I go. 5# a magazine goal met 11/20 10# a couple of lottery tickets 15# a specialty Cup of Coffee 20# 2 bars of specialty soap 25#*** A new out fit*** A big reward for this milestone*** 30# a new puzzle 35# a new lip stick 40# a candle 45# new search a word puzzle book 50#****** A new outfit*** big reward for this milestone*** 55# new nik nak of sort 60# 2 bars of specialty soap 65# a surprise reward 70# a short road trip of some sort 75# ***A new outfit***big reward for this milestone*** 80# message 85# something fun for my house 90# new slippers 95# bracelet 100# WooHoo I did I hit my Goal reward a new Fit Bit track my food and water daily exercise at least 10 minutes daily do something for myself daily stay active on Sparkspeople

For me its not just the weight lose and the number on the scale. It's about developing a Healthy mind, body, and soul. A new Healthier Happy me, with a healthy & happy ticker. *STAY FOCUSED *KEEP MOTIVATED *START MOVING *BUILD STRENGTH *GAIN ENERGY *SIGN UP FOR CHALLENGES *HAVE A POSITIVE OUTLOOK *MAKE REALISTIC GOALS *TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME AND REALIZE THAT I MY STUMBLE ALONG THE WAY, JUST KEEP MOVING FORWARD.

My child has 4 paws & is spoiled rotten. lol. Her name is Ginger. A rescue Fur Baby that I love more then life . I lost the love of my life 10 yrs. ago. But God has place a very special someone in my life. A guy that I went to HS with yrs ago. We were extremely close friends back in the day. Well long story short we have been reunited and have been dating over a yr. now. I could not be any happier for I have always held a special spot in my heart all these yrs for this special somebody. I am retired. I enjoy spending my time spreading joy and helping others. I am a dedicated Hospice visiting volunteer. Also help out with different Veterans programs, and am very active in many programs at Church. I just Love to share Love, Joy and Happiness for life with who ever I can.

I Love to share the word of God, my happiness and my joy for life. I enjoy reading, walking, playing with my Fur Baby (Little Miss Ginger Girl).
