Introduction Text Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life. If you wait, all that happens is that you get older. Don't let todays choices be tomorrows regret. I may not be able to do this one day, but TODAY is NOT that day Every day is a good day, some are just better than others

Weight Watchers food program Walking 7K steps daily and strength training 3/week

My name is Carol and originally from Michigan, Was born and raised in Detroit and lived in Ann Arbor for over 22 years. In 1991, I came west and am living in Southern CA. and can't imagine leaving. Have been with DH #2 for 28 years. I am now retired

I have lost over 100 lbs since 2003 and it stills requires a daily effort to keep the weight off. Woo hoo, I am at my goal weight My hobbies are knitting and I love jigsaw puzzles. Struggle with health issues which give me the challenge of exercising.
