Finding the skinny girl within...My name is Heather.
I have gained a lot of weight back. Not nearly all of it but I can feel a difference. So I am going back to basics and starting over here. Starting with stage 1 and re- learning a lot of the tools that I have obviously forgotten.

I am DONE being the Fat Girl
I am DONE being tired
I am DONE feeling sorry for myself
I am DONE making excuses
I am DONE procrastinating
I am DONE being lazy

I WILL take better care of myself
I WILL remember that this is a lifelong change
I WILL remember to pick myself up when I fall
I WILL start treating my body like the beautiful temple it is
I WILL start eating better and cooking more
I WILL start excersising as much as possible
I WILL ultimately be as heallthy as possible so i can enjoy life to the fullest

My Goals:
to be healthy again . im tired of feeling fat and insecure about myself.

My Program:
take it slow and easy. one step at a time. one meal at a time. and always try and learn from my mistakes. and remember this is a life long process!

Hi! My name is Aly (BellaSoccerMom). Hope you don't mind the friend add before I've communicated with you. I saw your SP page, and thought you would be great to get to know. My journey towards real achievements is just starting and I figure the more we all connect the easier it will be for everyone.

    Happy Birthday to You!!

    Birthday Blessings

    Instead of counting candles,
    Or tallying the years,
    Contemplate your blessings now,
    As your birthday nears.
    Consider special people
Who love you, and who care,
And others who’ve enriched your life
    Just by being there.
    Think about the memories
    Passing years can never mar,
    Experiences great and small
That have made you who you are.
Another year is a happy gift,
So cut your cake, and say,
    "Instead of counting birthdays,
    I count blessings every day!"
    By Joanna Fuchs

    Hope your day is wonderful!
