Making This My Best Year Yet!


Hi! Thank you for visiting my page. I originally became part of Sparkpeople in 2009 seeking inspiration to eat better and exercise more. After a hiatus, I am back on Sparkpeople seeking inspiration to make a shift in my life. For the past few years I have felt stuck and it's time to make a change, get unstuck, and move forward! I love the support and encouragement the Spark community provides and hope I can also encourage others along the way.
