Hi everyone,
My name is Karen. I have too much weight currently on a 5'-1" frame. I'm generally happy, and logical. I enjoy living most everyday. I chose to be happy because, being unhappy really stinks!
My health goals are weight loss and increased muscle!! And to feel and look great, too!
I am looking to step out with a different education options, and turn my career into a whole new direction.
I am working part-time. I was diagnosed with diabetes in February.

My Program:
Small steps.. build momentum .... CHARGE!

1) Adjust beverages, no more than 2 Diet pops a day, increase water.
2) Track food.
3) Start with Strength and Isometric exercises.

One of my favorite thoughts, when trying to decide if I should do / try something is: "What is the worst thing that could happen?" If the worst thing is temporary embarrassment, someone could say no, etc. I go for it. If it's going to put me in debt, do harm to someone, end the world, etc. I stop.
