I am going to leave the previous goals here for me to look back on. I have let life take back over..instead of me being in control of life. Well not anymore. I am re-starting this healthy life and cant wait to see where it takes me.....Hopefully to a little black dress!!!

WELL 2008and 2009 was not a complete bust. I have lost many pounds this year. I am ready for the new year in so many ways. Will I make my goal this year finally. I sure hope so.!.!

Finally I sat and thought out my weight loss goals for 2010..

Main goal is to reach 160 by year end. That is a 66 pound weight loss. That means I need to lose 5.5 pounds a month.

I will reach this goal by:
1) logging the food I eat
2) staying within my calorie range
3) drink 10 8-ounce glasses of water each day
4) doing 30-60 minutes of cardio at least 5 days per week
6) staying active on SparkTeam to gain my inspiration.

Reaching this goal will mean that I will:
1) feel comfortable in my own skin
2) be a good role model to my daughters
3) form healthy habits that I will continue the rest of my life
4) inspire others to join me on this healthy lifestyle journey

Here's to a happy and healthy 2010!!!

My family main goal is to save at least $300.00 a month.

Well 2008 is upon me and as I look back on 2007, I had some life changing events happen. Some of which I let get the best of me. Not anymore!!! 2008 I welcome you with open arms. This is going to be the best year ever! I love the support here on Sparkpeople. Thanks to all my friends that help support me.

I have a new desire/goal. I am going to start to train for a 5 K. A new goal for a new me!!! This may take awhile. I hope to be there one day.

This is something I want to rememeber.

That if you start your day with 3 sets of 25 push-ups, crunches, and lunges you will burn an additional 250 calories and start your day full of ENERGY!!!

Take 5 Ten minute Strolls throughout your day and you can burn 250 calories!!!

Fidget! A lot. You could burn up to 350 more calories in the day!!!!

Eat Breakfast!
Lift Weights. A pound of Muscle consumes twice as many calories as fat.

Add more lean Protien, such as chicken, or fish, to your diet.

Eat smaller meals more often.

Mix up your cardio regularly.

8 Ways to Reach an Exercise Goal~

1. Assess where you are at the begining (that means roght now). How many Push-ups can you do? Sit-ups? how long can you Run?

2. Ask yourself these questions: What's my Goal? Why do I want to Achieve it? When do I want to obtain it? Will I do what's requitred to SUCCEED?

3. Break your BIG Goal into four smaller ones.

5. Schedule your workouts for certain times and days-just like everything else that's essential in yur week.

6. Lose the All or Nothing Attitude.

7. Write your Goal in a Daily Planner and tell it to at least two friends.

8. Put money in a jar every time you train. After every 10-20 workouts, buy that pair of shoes you've been lusting after.

I want to be healthy and be fit.
I want to keep up with my children. Be a fun mom.
I want to be able to go out with my husband and not feel embarassed that I am fat.

BIG GOAL: lose 80 pounds

I feel this is the time I will finally do it. I will take baby steps to get the weight off. and keep it off.

I am a sahm of 2 and we live in Alabama. I am always on the go with the childrens activities. I love to watch my daughter compete in gymnastics .

Other Information:
I love to scrapbook, read, and to watch some CSI.
