    Bracelet is on my wrist since I found it. Lost 1.8 lbs, thanks to all for the encouragement. I will be cheering you on from afar for your tria. Good luck training and yes, you can do anything now. I learned that last night.

    Hi HEALTHYMLB, I hope your day went wonderful. As my new workout buddy I wanted to let you know that today I did my first day of W3D1. Isn't that amazing. Already on my 3rd week. It was tougth, I wont deny it and I had to take 2 extra 30 second rests, but I did it anyway and finished regardless. I didn't give up. Had no choice anyway I was a mile away from home and had to get back (LOL). I finished running/walking 2 miles today on C2K5 in 28 min. I plan on doing an extra day this week because I feel I am going to need the challange. Have I shared yet? I will be doing my first 5k on June 26th. Miles for Marines in Rock Hill, SC. My husband asked if I was doing with a group or someone else and I told him "no" it's just me. I found my son's bracelet from when he was training to become a marine the other day and put it on. "Believe, Achieve, Succeed". I look at it and recite the words everytime I feel like giving up. Thanks for your encouragements and I will run with you on Wednesday.

    Good morning, I didn't get to run last night because I forgot I had to get ready for the big Herald News Yard sale on Saturday. But boy did I get a workout preparing for it. I could feel the sweat rolling down my face. I met all my goals yesterday though except the running. NO cheetos, ate within my calorie range, fat range, carb range, and protein range, and drank 10 cups of water. Woohooo...first time I met all those ranges properly. Things are looking up now.

    I will run for the cheetos today. I ate 6 bags yesterday. I have never done that in my life before but I eat 2 bags a day. I realized a pattern yesterday though. I had money in my purse so I used it in the snack machine. That is the only time I buy cheetos is when there is money in my purse. I don't buy it at home at all. So new goal. NO MONEY FOR SNACKS IN PURSE. BRING IN ALL MY OWN SNACKS. FRUITS AND VEGGIES. emoticon

    Hi Michelle, I'm doing a Belly Off workout that I printed off at here:

    I'm not good at creating stregth workouts for myself, so this helps me out. So far, it's helped me lose almost an inch around my waist and I've completed two weeks. I bet others would see more results than I am, because I think my body is still in a plateau. However, I feel so much better and feel more toned since I've started this and I only use 5lb dumbells. This workout also includes planks. I def. still have a hard time with those. You can feel the burn, which is a good thing! IT also includes squats, mountain climbers, lunges, and other strength training moves. The one that really gets your heart rate up are the jumping squats. I try to do extra of those.

    Thanks for leaving the comment on my blog and I hope your Easter went well! Mine went well. Had a couple deviled eggs and a turkey hamburger w/ a small salad. No sweets, even though I really wanted cake. I have such a hard time limiting myself when it comes to cake. :)
