Spark people.com has changed my life to include eating healthfully, exercising regularly so I spread the spark to help others. My goal is your goal...to be fit & healthy. I have worked very slowly on eliminating lifelong bad habits such as overeating, starvation, drinking soft drinks, eating processed or fast food and passing on fruit.

Hiking and Les Mills Body combat are my go to workouts because of the F*U*N factor. Home workouts include with Wii, Pilates Reformer, Hula Hoop and Strength Training. I have 3 gorgeous adult daughters & an awesome family. My dog Baily is my companion & my cat Moo is pure sweetness. I am counting my blessings from La Habra Heights, California so very gratefully!
