Introduction Text Hello my friends I am new to spark I heard about it from my mom(dakotasmommy_07). I have been atempting to get in shape for the past few years of my life. I would start off well, and after about a month I would stop. I though all it took was some working out which I did I play football but I never put the time into eating right or really trying to become better. My mom has taught me this is a lifestyle not a diet or just a workout plan. So I am here to crush my goals and become the best version of myself! I hope you all reach your goals!

Not have an overweight body for the rest of my life.

I participate in the 8 Week Battle By Faith. I play sports such as football, and basketball.
