Introduction Text I am happily married stay at home mother of 2 beautiful daughters and a handsome son. We live on a farm in Northern Alberta and have and 1 rottie and 1 chocolate lab. Due to some health issues I have been unable to motivate myself to lose some weight. This website is helping me visualize my journey. I would love to hear from anyone who visits my page. Tell me your thoughts of the day, what works for you in regards to losing weight, what brought you to my page. It keeps me motivated.

My most immediate goal is to not gain any weight. Keep my eye on the finish line and take each day as it comes.

I will eat way more veggies and watch what I eat. Drinking water will be a big thing for me. Cutting carbs will be the absolute hardest thing but I will sure do my best.

I am happily married with 3 beautiful children. We live on a grain farm and enjoy a very peaceful, blessed lifestyle.

I'm glad I am not a horse or I would have been taken behind the barn a long time ago. I have Urticaria, carpel tunnel syndrome and PCOS. Losing weight will be a real struggle for me but hopefully it might lessen my symptoms. Kind of a catch 22.
