I'm a happily married 31 year old mom of three wonderful kids; age 4, 2 and 9 months. I used to be a skinny kid until 5th grade when I got my tonsils removed. Since then, the weigh gradually came on. The thought of losing weigh has been constantly on my mind since 9th grade. In high school I used to weigh around 145 pounds ; wich was a reasonable weigh now that I think about it but I didn't think so then. My last year of high school I gained 30 pounds in 3 months; bringing me to 175 pounds . I was so obssessed with getting healthy and skinnier that I got a degree in health in university but with all my knowledge I managed to gain another 30 pounds; graduating at 205 pounds. In 2002, I became a teacher and I met my husband and married in 2003. Since having kids; my weight has bounced between 230 pounds to 175 pounds from yo-yo dieting. Once again, I joined Weight Watchers 12 weeks ago and managed to lose 16 pounds. I'm stuggling to stay motivated. I don't like the way I've let myself go and I feel terrible about it and that leaves me with very low energy and enthousiasm. I just crave anything I should't eat and don't feel like doing any activities. Please help!! I need to manage this issue for good this time so I can go on with the rest of my life!

My Goals:
I've always had my mind set on reaching 125 pounds but 160 pounds is a healthy weigh goal for a start and I know it's reachable. I would love to be able to wear clothing I love instead of clothing that fits. I would also love to feel better about myself and have a lot more energy!! I would be a much better women, wife, mom, teacher...

05/19/09 -----199 lbs
(back to work and start jogging)

(wedding anniversary/ go to Wonderland/ start swimming)

09/01/09 -----169 lbs
(new school year and start strenght training at a gym)

10/13/09 -----157 lbs
(5k run)

11/24/09 -----145 lbs

12/29/09 -----135 lbs
(get a sexy dress for new year's eve)

02/02/10 -----125 lbs
(be at my goal weight for my 32nd birthday)

My Program:
-eat 1200 cal /day
3 meals (300 cals) + 2 snacks (150 cals)
-make healthy choices
-oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, light supper, fruits or veggies for snacks
-drink at least 8 glasses of water / day
-one cheat meal /week

Fitness :
-elleptical machine at least 20 minutes 6X / week
-walking at least 30 minutes 6X / week
-Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout 6X / week
-stretching before & after workouts + morning
-1 minute push-ups, sit-ups a at least 2X / day
