    I started in mid January..basically just monitoring what I eat( but I eat pretty much anything I want-) I just stay aware of how many cals I am actually taking in. I also try to opt for tons of veggie and fruits all day.

    I started walking- just trying to get in 10,000 steps a day no matter if they were "Cardio/exercise" or regular steps...now I only count thet exercise steps...and I also do at least 3 hour long cardio sessions a week.

    I have lost somewhere between 25 and 30 lbs and I have gone from a 18/ 20 to a solid 14 size wise. ( meaning the 16's are too big) I also went from a 1 or 2x to a XL or L.
