I take care of small children all day for pay and big ones all the time for no pay. My health goal is to lose 15 pounds and keep them off unlike the last time I tried. I take care of small children all day for pay and big ones all the time for no pay. My health goal is to lose 15 pounds and keep them off unlike the last time I tried. Joint issues are a concern for me so the right exercise program and the motivation to follow through are what I need. Someday I hope to have grandchildren and enjoy many activities with them so my other goal is a healthy heart. I have joined the5 % challenges on and off since the Fall of 2016 to get me on the way to my goal of less weight, maintenance and a healthier lifestyle. My exercise goal is to swim, bike or walk for at least 15 minutes daily, hopefully more but I am being realistic. The day care children are young and tiring! ( The oldest is two!) It is now 2020 and I have joined our Community Weight Race challenge which coincides with this one quite nicely. The goal is to lose 7 % of your body weight in 14 weeks and it ends about a month after the 5 % challenge so I am really motivated to reach that 5% goal this time! Also, my nephew is getting married in October and I want to feel good on the dance floor and look good in the family photos.
