    exercise hurts.It makes it hard to want to continue. If I go for a walk, or do stepping, my back and hips hurt.
    Today I did 20 minutes peddling with feet while watching a movie.
    Last night I had bad muscle cramps in my inner thighs during the night.
    I hope not again tonight.
    I really did not eat till i was stuffed yesterday, BUT I gained 4 pounds .
    I did alot of work hauling items up and down the stairs, as I had a thanksgiving party.
    Never had these night cramps before. Though I did carry the items up and down I used the elevator as I don't do stairs as to save my knees.
    I was exhausted at the end of the day And thought I did really well. But the scale says differently.

    I am here. Thanks for your concern. I am adjusting to changes in my life which is not easy for me. I need calm. but lately busy and hectic days.
    I have been not eating enough , but I have been getting in a few minutes of exercise every day. and drinking more water/Today I went for a walk with friends, and walked about 1 mile. But my friends wanted me to pick up the pace, but I can not . My body will only go so fast, It is not that I get out of breath, Its that my body will only move so fast. Walking hurts my back.They went farther than me, and that is ok. We have a half mile loop and they did three times.I did two.
    Today was another day of getting upset, because after I invited a family to thanksgiving dinner, someone who already knew this, arranged for them to get a thanksgiving food basket anyway.They undermines my plans.
    I got little done for myself today. I had great plans of finishing projects I have started, But no such luck. I did manage to get in some exercise. I find it frustrating that I lose weight so slowly, Probably because of a thyroid problem that doctors dont believe exists because it does not show up on tests.

    I hope tomorrow to get headbands.Perhaps I will feel a little better about myself then. And I can get my hair trimmed if they know what TRIM means.
