Introduction Text Hi, I'm Lisa Manning, live in Spring, TX. I'm a christian, love to study God's Word, tell others about Jesus, and make new friends. I have a cutie hubby, 5 college age kids (1 son-in-law), 2 poodles, 1 kitty cat, 2 birds, too many fish to count and 4 hermit crabs. Hoping to use all the tools I can find to optimize my chances at weight loss and much better health! FYI - BILBO1 is my hubby.

My current goals are to lose 90 pounds, be able to dance at Randol's without getting breathless, wear a size 10-12, etc. Update: 38 lbs gone, 54 to go. (5/26/11) Update: 51 lbs gone, 41 to go. (7/9/11) Update: 60 lbs gone, ?? to go. Resetting weight goal - Hopefully I'll know when I get there. 30 more pounds seems like too much. I don't want to be skinny. (8/12/11)

9/19/11 Been Slackin. Got bored with everything. Gotta get back up. No weight gained, but got flabby. Gonna try some DVD's. Startin with Country Line Dance...

Ive really enjoyed myself since losing 60 lbs. I have a lot more energy and feel better about myself. I hope to be close to my goal weight around Christmas time.

1) I'm VERY competitive. 2) Actually like exercise now. 3)Using more whole foods, more organics and watching my "daily plate" as in servings of each food group.
