I'm 77. another years has gone by, and I have decided that I am not going to focus on losing weight as much as I am going to improve my eating habits. I have asthma and am on a Cpap at night and can't walk long distances, I have had 3 surgeries on my left shoulder and now have a frozen shoulder, so that shoulders makes it difficult to do a lot of kind of exercises, so I do what I can, and if I lose a couple pounds that is a bonus, not a requirement.

I am a retired farmers wife. We do have some livestock, 2 miniatures horses, and 8 goats and right now we share the chores, me in the morning and hubby in the evening, but once field works start the chores are all my baby, and I do enjoy them.

I really don't have any big expectations, cause I am not one that likes setting goals. I just want to be as healthy as I can and enjoy life, and it doesn't mean spending hours and hours walking, running, working out in a smelly germ infested gym, I work hard on the farm and that has been the way it has been for many centuries, in my family, so I think it is good enough for me.
Honest work, and knowing I should not eat as much as I do, but it is all natural food, that means I don't eat boxed or store canned food unless it is unavoidable. If you read labels, some dogs and cats eat better than some do. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it.
So that said I have no goals, just honest living, and no beating myself up if I have a piece of pie.

Thanks for the Dolores and Harry blog love. They socially distanced from the other customers and the live together so they should be fine!

My sister and I are both well endowed with persistence if not patience. She and BIL are neither of them computer savvy, so I’m glad I can help out. BIL had his first this morning. The sooner I can get her lined up, the sooner she and I can go to Tampa for our donut date. My nephew had started to help them, but with job and family, he can’t sit there and wait, wait, wait. I just make sure I have coffee at hand and have fed the cats. Miss Moppet was quite provoked that I ignored her demands for an hour and a half. I’m making fried chicken for her this afternoon to make up for it.

Thanks for the Swine Cat blog love. He is funny. And clever. And determined. And comes when you yell "Swine!"

He is the reason I keep a spray bottle on the table! He was very determined to have a sausage. Dearly Beloved's recipie has the sausage in a somewhat cream puff dough. When it comes out of the oven it looks really thick and then when it cools the sausage seems to come to the top.
