Umm yeah, we all fall off the wagon, it's getting back up that counts.
05/03/18 Well we all fall off the band wagon at some point.. at least I'm not back up to the very beginning weight.. I have a long way to go but at least I know I can do it because I did it once before.... I have plenty of excuses. I went trail running a few years back and hurt both my knees, it had a long recovery time and by the time I realized I couldn't eat like a runner anymore I had put on the pounds.. Then Depression set in and the cycle started over... So now I'm pulling myself back ...

Then Depression set in and the cycle started over... So now I'm pulling myself back up by my bootstraps and doing it again.. this time I will stay humble and help others along the way... Let's get to it!! This is me now....2/25/13 - wake up at 445 am to get to the gym by 6 am(m/w/f I now do strength training, t/th free mornings either swim or cardio) , then at lunch (m-f) I go back to the gym and do 33 minutes on the elliptical. Then I go home walk my dog and eat a good meal... I have more energy now that i have had in 10 years!! I am 85 pounds down! 30 more to go!! This was me..., 4/21/12... Hi I'm Sam. I am usually a happy go lucky gal but I've been depressed, tired, lethargic and just do not feel like doing much. I am hoping from this site I can gain encouragement and friendship to help me on my weight loss journey. I leave for work at 7 am and not get home until 6:15 pm, and when I come home I feel so exhausted that I eat a little something and go into my room and lay in my bed and read. Not healthy but I have absolutely no energy to do anything when I get home.
