Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm trying to lose weight and just be the healthiest me that I can be. I'm graduating in May with my Bachelor's in General Studies. After graduation, I may go off to South Korea and teach English for a year or I may get my alternative teaching certification. Either way, I'm very excited about what the future can hold for me.
Time to set me up some rewards!
200-Order from Shanalogic!
180-Go to a Salon Get my hair did!
160-Buy me a swimmy suit!
140-Pack my bags because...
135-I'm a go to Disney World...yeah that's my goal!

My Goals:
1.Pack my lunch or eat at home
2.Not eat a lot of pasta
3.Drink more water and less Coke/Pepsi

My Program:
Right now, I'm just trying to get started. I've not really put a lot of effort into losing weight-so I've not seen any results. I think that a good start for me would be to adjust my eating habits and bring my lunch to work with me. I really, really, want to stop eating so much pasta-especially since I eat it at least once a day.
The same goes for my Coke/Pepsi addiction.
Right now, these are my short-term goals. If I can do these, then perhaps I can move on to planning my meals and trying new foods.
