Here we go again! I'm not new to sparkpeople, but have tried & failed so many times, I decided to start fresh. Now is the time to finally finish what I started! I've done Weight Watchers, done South Beach, done Atkins and one thing I've learned is carbs are not my friend. So I'm not going to have them for a long while. Veggies, fruit and protein. Real food.
