Introduction Text I am a mother of three beautiful little girls and the wife of a wonderful man. My husband travels with his job and I recently quit my full time job to stay at home with our two year old. It is a huge change for me since I have worked since I was 15. I am having issues adjusting. After having 3 kids in five years,all via c-section, I have gotten to my heaviest weight ever. My goal is to lose the weight, get toned, and eat healthy as a lifestyle.

to lose weight, to eat healthy, to run a 5K and eventually a half marathon, to instill a healthy lifestyle in my children, and to be a great role model for my kids.

Daily prayer and time with God. Getting rid of all junk food. Cooking healthy meals. Doing active things with kids like playing outside, sports, dancing, active video games like Let's Dance, Zumba, etc. Strength Training Cardio.
