Hi my name is Jacque.
I started SparkPeople April 5, 2010. During my time with Spark I have learned a lot about myself and how to be healthy. I went down 2 sizes and lost 10 pounds my first year and kept it off for 5 years. I then put back on 8 pounds, but didn't go up in size. Since then I have lost and regained the same 5 pounds. I know what I need to do, I just need to hold myself accountable and do it. NO MORE excuses.

I have put back on quite a bit since the Spring and am working hard to get back on track and get back to where I was before.

Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
*Strength training videos M/W/F
*dance class Tuesday
*30 minutes of walking or other cardio Th/Sa
*Su for rest or make up a day I missed earlier in the week

Summer 5% Challenge nutrition Commitment
*Tracking food
*Stay within calorie range
*Shop on Saturday evening for the next week
*Prepare my breakfast and lunches for the work week on Sunday for easy access and less excuses for eating out
*No eating out for breakfast and lunch
*Ask kids and husband to keep trigger foods out of sight

Personal Information:
I am from Lakewood Colorado. I am a Special Education teacher and the mother of 3 (20, 18 and 13). I love to read. I love all genres, but mostly science fiction/fantasy. I love to hike, dance and spend time outside. I would love to find someone to check in with me often and help hold me accountable.
