I am going to start with just before I found Sparkpeople.
In 2008, I was working out in the gym 3 to 4 times a week and enjoying dancing at the concerts in the parks with friends on the weekends. I had dropped 50 pounds and 4 dress sizes. Then I got sick in 2009 that I slowly was unable to work out. It took over a year to find the problem and by this time I had put back almost all of my weight.

In 2008, I was working out in the gym 3 to 4 times a week and enjoying dancing at the concerts in the parks with friends on the weekends. I had dropped 50 pounds and 4 dress sizes. Then I got sick in 2009 that I slowly was unable to work out. It took over a year to find the problem and by this time I had put back almost all of my weight.
When I found SparkPeople, I was looking a good food tracker because I need to monitor my iron intake. SparkPeople was the only one that I could enter all the nutrient information I needed to track to make sure I was getting all the right nutrients.
I was not very active in the challenges at that time. I finally work on balance the intake. In 2017, I joined Lindora a local weight loss clinic. They encourage a support group so I started looking more into the groups on SparkPeople. Now I am hooked.
