    emoticon 4-8-17 day 1,849 of sparking! I'm having to NOT exercise almost at all, healing my right knee.... 4 days now... YIKES! I'm REALLY wanting to walk emoticon & play emoticon emoticon ! I'm off to green drink emoticon AND chair emoticon exercises! I'm sure to be better SOON! Trying hard to keep the weight down emoticon , I use exercise to keep it off, hard times for me to reevaluate! emoticon

    Thanks for more bloglove. We don't usually have things I can't resist in the house. I mean - powdered peanut... that's not a temptation food. It's eating it out of the jar that's .. well, proof that it's not hunger. I realize now that it was anxiety on Monday night that had me prowling the kitchen. too bad I didn't realize it then. Happily, the thing that had me anxious turned out to be sweet sweet sweet. Still and all - today really has to be a re-set kind of brand new Day #1.

    Thanks for the bloglove. Funny how much I admire people who can plan ahead for the whole week, have almost no respect for my fly-by-the-strings-of-my-apron approach to cooking, except when there's an emergency and I am able to pull a victory out of my freezer, yet can't seem to change my ways. You'd think I'd just go do what I admire. I am much more of a plan a day kind of person - and maybe that's good enough. Guess I'm still working this one out. But, again, thanks for laughing with me.
