Introduction Text Hi, I'm Janice... I'm mom of 4. Ages 22,21,19 and 14 My 22 yr old daughter has Celiac and 21 yr old son was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome ...and my 14 year old daughter was diagnosed with ADHD...ahhhh...Karma!! In 2007 I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both of my knees. My knees were like balloons...it was awful...My weight had hit an all time high of 188 and I knew that wasn't helping...so here I am!! In 2014 I had breast cancer. Went through 6 rounds of chemo and 4 months of radiation. I am now 5 years Cancer free!!

My goals...to get back into shape and lose about 35 lbs.
