Introduction Text My name is Jennifer and as of July 2017 I've lost 40 lbs since February 2016 with the help of Sparkpeople, and I feel absolutely amazing! I'm actually under my goal weight now but it doesn't mean that I'm done here. I love this place! By being involved in the community, joining teams and challenges, I've met so many caring and supportive people who cheer me on, which makes me not want to disappoint. In particular I'm part of the 5% Challenge - the support here is above and beyond exceptional! I'm here for you too, so please join me on this journey and feel free to add me as a friend. Together we can do this!

To live a better lifestyle in general and to feel good in my skin :)

Simply following Spark's calculation in fitness and food tracking - so far it's working. :-) In more detail: strength training, circuit, tabata, skipping rope. Hope to get some time to walk outside in the beautiful weather! Coach Nicole is my all time favorite! I love how she seems to care more about you doing exercises properly and safely rather than having the military approach.

I have two daughters aged 8 and 9. They are observing my new lifestyle habits and have started to tag along when it's time to train at home. I love setting this example for them!
