Hi..I am a 73 year old married lady...young at
heart..born in the Netherlands. Goal.... is to loose 10 to 15 lbs!
I live in a Northern Canadian city and the weather here can be very depressing with the lack of sunshine. It is difficult to motivate myself into doing anything at all. I had a bit of a fall and broke my arm in 2 places last year, then diagnosed with Osteoporosis....not uncommon for my age.
I realized that walking and enjoying Ladies Day Golf at a local par ...

I realized that walking and enjoying Ladies Day Golf at a local par 3 would help my bones. I am not a believer in Bi-Phosphates for treatments.
. Silly old me, will to go to the basement and practice SAFE. golf swings, hoping not to damage the walls, ceiling or myself during our cold Canadian winter! lol!
I am a retired glass artist and also enjoy hobbies like.....Sewing, Painting and a new found love of making home made Soaps & Bath Bombs.
This amazing, informative site is a blessing and hopefully what I need to motivate me once again!!!
