I'm using BabyFit.com to track my calories and fitness since it's more tailored to pregnant women. It's made by SparkPeople so it has pretty much the same format as here. I'll check in from time to time and be back in full swing after I have the baby. If I'm put on bed rest again I'll be by even more. Good Luck on your adventures!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am glad that you are excited. What a blessing! I know that there are spark teams for pregnant women. You will need to search around and look them up. They help guide people through less weight gain and good health during your pregnancy.
I am sure that your family will be excited once you tell them. Babies are such miracles!
I have plenty of times that I do not record food or get off track for a day or two. It is so helpful that Spark is still here and easy to get right back on. Hope you enjoy your Sunday! Kymm 3643 days ago

Jenny, I was thinking about you today and hope that you are doing well on your path towards better health and self care. I have been dealing with the snow and cold weather this week, but am spending some time today reconnecting on Spark. Hope you have a great weekend. Kymm 3645 days ago

Jenny, Thanks for sharing so much on my page. I live in Michigan about an hour from Sarnia. My son, Ben, has all of his medical care in Boston, MA so we drive through Ontario 6 times a year (Sarnia to Niagara). I am glad to hear that the educational system is more reasonable in Canada. Both of my boys sport coaches (tennis and golf) are from Ontario and they seemed to think it pretty easy to get through high school there. I wish that were the case here, but it is not.
I am sorry that your job has gotten more stressful and less enjoyable. My husband is a finance professor and I am a Kinesiology (study of human movement) lecturer. I really love teaching college students especially when I can have moderate class sizes and really interact with the kids. I enjoy teaching students of all ages. I hope that your bf enjoys some of his coursework and learns all that he desires.
Good luck to you with week 2. You will be able to continue making progress when you go back to work. It might just be a little slower. I have had my ups and downs since signing on to Spark, but I keep coming back and it long term keeps me moving towards my goals. Take care. Kymm 3648 days ago
