Introduction Text I'm a 28 year-old mom to a wonderful 1 year old boy. He is so full of energy and laughter! I have lost weight before on Weight Watchers (was a loyal member for 5 years!), but this time, after baby, seems to be giving me some trouble. I still have 20 lbs of baby weight to lose and then some to get to my ultimate goal! I am excited to begin this journey and get to my goal weight so I can be a healthy and happy mommy and wife!

I want to be a healthy mom for my wonderful son, and a healthy, happy wife for my hubby! Losing the rest of the baby weight plus more (to finally get to my goal weight) would be awesome so that during my next pregnancy I can eat the right way and not put on as much weight!

*Eating: eat healthy, filling foods and track everything! *Fitness: workout 5 days a week-a combination of strength training, running, Zumba, Yoga, and Pilates! Train for the Monster Dash 10 mile in October! *Mind/Body: Reward myself with positive thoughts (even when I am not doing well with the other 2 areas) and keep myself on track!

*I want to become a better runner. *I want to work on my willpower! I can't say NO to sweets! *I love to read!!!! *My favorite food is tacos! (I could eat them all day, every day, in any form! :-P) *My favorite TV shows are: New Girl, The Mindy Project, So You Think You Can Dance (because I SOOOO wish I could dance like them!), Glee, and Dance Moms!
