Saw your question on the C25k page about legs hurting. One thing to check is that your shoes are not tied too tightly. My legs will hurt once in awhile and if I loosen my shoe laces a little it helps tremendously. Also, make sure you're getting enough water, so that you're not dehydrated which can lead to muscles cramping. HTH! Keep running :) 3567 days ago
