Starting again. 59 now. Fighting for my life. Help!

My Goals:
Get fit; Stay fit!

My Program:
Eat 5 meals/day
1300 calories/day
Cardio 30 min 6x/wk 1st thing in the morning on empty stomach
Strength Training 3x/wk
Tracking Food/Fitness on SparkPeople Daily
Drink only water & green tea
Get 8 hours of sleep each night- going to bed & waking at the same time
Protein 40% Carbs 40%
Fats 20%
1 meal off each week
if I have eaten 'CLEAN" all week.

Became Personal Trainer at 55 years old after nearly 100 lb weight loss.

Battling for my life as I have gained 43 lbs.

I will always have to log my food daily - it's just a fact of my journey. Coming to peace with that and back here on SP to overcome! Again.

Other Information:
6/2006 - 218 lbs. Found Sparkpeople.com through Google search for a "free fitness tracker"

6/2006 - @ 200 lbs. Rejoined our local YMCA and began working out daily

1/25/07 - Lost my Gallbladder 1/27/07

3/26/07 - Emergency Appendectomy

6/09 - Auto Accident

10/09 - Metal Plate & 8 screws put into my neck from car accident injury

6/11 - 238 lbs. - still affected by car accident injury - Dr. Emery, personal trainer, offers to help me at no cost. I was able to lose nearly 100 lbs getting down to 145 and becoming a personal trainer at 54 years old!

Gained 43 lbs because I stopped doing what I need to do to stay fit - after vein surgery went haywire - so I'm back to what works...tracking my food and doing all the things listed under "My Program" No shortcuts, no drugs, no surgery, just clean eating & consistent physical activity.
