I found this web site and think it's great. Now that I am well into my 50s, (I'm still a young babyboomer), I find that the weight is sticking on. I quit smoking and now food tastes really good. I never had a weight problem and always could eat what I wanted without ever gaining weight. But now, that's not the case and I find myself pushing 25 pounds over where I have always been. I am 2 dress sizes bigger and even those clothes are getting snug. Got to do something to stop the gain.
