It is that time to finally get serious about losing weight. I have truly been a Yo-Yo for about 6 years, and want/need a new lifestyle.
It is that time to finally get serious about losing weight. I have truly been a Yo-Yo for about 6 years, and want/need a new lifestyle.

My Goals:
276-215 by June 1st. Want to be around to see my kids grow!!!!

My Program:
 I starterd out following SparkPeople to the "T". Now it has almost become Habit!! Also back into working out 5 or 6 days a week, and feeling the affects already.


Personal Information:
The great Buckeye state! Home of the Browns, Indians, Cavs, and of course THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY! 31 years old with a lovely family and a ton to lose!!!!!!

Other Information:
 Love sports and the outdoors. Played football at the collegiate level and now enjoy coaching the greatest game in the world. I harp discipline, consistency, attitude, and work ethic to my players and students, and now it is time to practice what I preach.
