Hello. My name is Jina, and like many of you, I''ve been on and off the rollercoaster ride of weight loss and weight gain for many years. I currently need to lose 100+ lbs. and I am reluctantly seeking help. I say reluctantly, because I know me, and know that there''s a lot of work involved in "creating a new me." But looking around ~ I see a lot of inspiration ;-) With the tools and Resources available; I''ll continuously tell myself: "I don''t have to fail." ♥ BLESSINGS! ♥

My Goals:
1) To Go Outside, even when I don't feel like it.

2) To Lose 100 plus Pounds

3) To Achieve My Goal Weight of 135-140 in 3 yrs (43.3lbs/Yr)

4) To Eat A Fruit and Veggie Salad 3x's/Wk

5) To Reward Myself for A Job Well Done

30LBS. = Running Suit & Sneakers
40LBS. = Mani/Pedi/Facial
50LBS. = Gift Basket (Top Ten Reviews)

60LBS. = Aromatherapy Products/Candles (Y&Ty Candles)
70LBS. = Lingerie
80LBS. = Clothes Outfit -OR- Jewelry (Long Leather Jacket or Tennis Bracelet)
90LBS. = Bath & Body Gift Basket (Carol's Daughter)
100LBS. = Spa/Medi Spa Vacation (AZ or LVN)

110LBS. = Shoes x5 Pair( 1 Flat, 1 Kitten, 1 Bootie, 1 Wedgie, 1 Sandal.
120LBS. = Bouquets (Flower & Fruit), Candlelight Diner
130 LBS (GOAL!!!) = Wardrobe Upgrade


My Program:
** To Create A Healthier Diet, Eating less Carbs and Sugars.

** 6 Small Meals Per Day (Healthy Snacks Included) w/lots of WATER! (2 Liters or More)

** Cardio Exercise (To Start): 2 x's /Wk = 10 to 30 Minutes. GOAL: Increase Endurance to 40 to 50 Minutes/Session

EQUIPMENT USED FOR CARDIO: Exercise Videos, Stationary Bike, Health Rider Machine

*AND MY FEET OF COURSE ... FOR WALKING ; D

** Weight Bench (To Build Muscle): 2x's/Wk = 10 to 20 Minutes. GOAL: Increase Endurance to 30 Minutes

From the Buckeye State - born and raised. I'm a long term-employee w/my Employer; employed in the Health Care Field. I'm Over 50. I love the colors Blue, Purple and Burgundy.

I enjoy gardening, computing, flowers, old school music, badminton, movies and anything creative.

    Fine tune your progress today through visualization. If you are having problems with the task at hand, see yourself completing your task successfully. Also, think about how you will feel when you successfully complete the steps you are taking.

    Do one thing today that you KNOW you can accomplish that will move you closer to your goal.

    “Sometimes, the right path is not the easiest one.”

    There comes a situation in everyone’s life when you feel that you just can’t do it. We here on our individual journeys know this. You know what decision you needed to make, but you went with one you are regretting now.

    If you are in such a circumstance, sit back, take a deep breath and take an honest look at the situation. Are you up for making the right decision to follow the correct path even if you have to put in a lot of work for it? This can be a daunting task when you are feeling overwhelmed.

    Sometimes we just get tired, or worn down, and that's human nature. Understand that every good thing needs efforts. So, just forgive your "mistake", and get back on the right path, and begin giving it your best efforts once again. Because, in reality, you are giving it your best efforts every day.

    Don't let a set back set "you" back.

Often times we just clam up and follow the rules, and don’t give ourselves enough credit. We forget our inner strength.

    You are capable of much, much more than you realize. How else do you think you have made it till now? Most of us think we are too old for Winnie the Pooh, but there is a great deal of wisdom to be garnered from this Bear of Very Little Brain, and his group of loyal friends.
