I have struggled with weight my whole life, the typical yo-yo dieter. Go like crazy, then lose my motivation. I've just spent the last 4 months putting myself on hold -- again! it's so frustrating! I want to experience my life with joy, and I want to feel young (not BE young).
I need to come back to SP and remotivate myself, recreating the good positive habits that helped me to lose weight in the first place. The good thing, I've only gained about 10 pounds total. The bad thing, is that I would continue to gain if I don't take back control.

I will track every little thing that goes into my mouth, and I will track everything I do in the exercise department, too. So, if it doesn't work out, I will modify my program until it does.

I have to remember to make no excuses, no justifications, just accept that everything I do, say, eat, feel is a choice, and there are consequences to every choice made in life. I am taking control of my life...

My Program:
I am going to be eating between 13 and 16 hundred calories a day (I will eat more on days I do more cardio), cardio 5 times a week, strength training 5 times a week.
Some of my cardio and strength training will be done in the form of circuit training.



Personal Information:
I am a wife, a mother, a friend, an employee, a student, a daughter, a furbaby mama, a sister, and a grand daughter. I live in Alberta Canada, and I enjoy traveling, learning, and being with my family and friends. :):)

    I hope you enjoy your trip ..kick back relax and have drink for me. I have been to Cancun a couple of times and had a wonderful time !!!! If you can go to Senior Frogs .My husband was on the computer last night trying to find us cruise. I just do not know where I want to go ...You can let me know when you get back how Mexico was and maybe we will go there again ...My dad has a place in Honduras but I am afraid of all of the bad things that go on there. I am leaving for Arkansas in the morning for a few days..to find out what the baby is...I started not to go because my daughter has been really mean to me my mom and youngest daughter. Sometimes I do not know if she is my child .I am going to suck it up and go any way.....You have a wonderful time be careful and have a wonderful time I am looking forward to hearing from you !!!!!! emoticon

    emoticon Great job on quitting smoking!! I've done it myself. You'll never regret quitting. Joining SP is the best thing I've done for myself. I've been a yo-yo dieter as well and have finally left that behind. I've found it so much easier to work the program than stress out being overweight. One day at a time. It's what you do over the long haul that makes the difference. Eating right and excising always pays off!!
