Not feeling like a teen anymore. I have three amazing kids ages 11, 8, and almost 2. I have an obsession reading anything about health, fitness, and nutrition. I love computers, reading, volunteering, exercising, and entering cooking contests.

My weight is slowly going down. I went from a size 16 to a size 14 (stayed at 14 for two long years), then finally size 12. I'm noticing a big difference in my arms.

In February 2009, I went through precancer treatment. It took a few weeks to recover, but overall things went well. I didn't post my nutrition tracker on here because I usually don't keep up on it. :(

Now my weight is staying between 123 to 125. I keep on gaining a pound then losing it throughout the week.

My Goals:
I mostly want to tone than lose weight. I'm focusing on toning my stubborn areas, improving my mood and energy.

Make SMALL daily goals. Remember not to push myself too hard.

Do not overtrain.

My Program:
I mix jogging and walking for 30-45 minutes 4 to 5 times a week.

I love my treadmill, and I use it everyday.

Weight lifting 2-3 times a week. I have a weight bench that has a bench press, lateral pull-down, and leg curl, and 3 & 5 pound dumbbells.

Doing Insanity workouts. I can only do 10 minutes, but I do it everyday.

Also a lot of ab workouts.

Planning my meals and snacks online.

My weight over the years:

March 2005 : 156 lbs. Size 16

October 2006 : 156 lbs.

May 2009 : 139.2 lbs.
Size 14

June 2010 : 128 lbs.
Size 12

I'm 30, 5' 5 1/2". I live in Saint Peter, Minnesota.
