    It's definitely one of my favorite documentaries! I try to show it to anyone who will want to watch now, because I feel it's so important to know where our food is coming from and what we can do about it.

    America is definitely all about fast, convenient food rich in fat and calories, and we tend to eat A LOT of it, which is why we're probably one of the worst countries as far as factory farms go. I'm glad you've decided to eat local! emoticon and I agree, foods taste much better when they're in season :)

    Hi! Sorry, I just now saw your comment. This week has been a fail. I have officially done only one day of workouts and I only got through the warm up before I took it out. My plan is to restart week 3 on Monday. I was dealing with ex-boyfriend drama all week and let myself go and gained 4 pounds...not proud. :( How was your week?
