My Goals:
Get my weight between 155 to 160.

My Program:
 Cutting the wheat & dairy from diet, drinking 8 glasses of water, exercising!

Married 20 years

Other Information:
 I lost the original 90 by cutting out dairy, beef and wheat from my diet. My son is allergic to those foods and I was breastfeeding him. Now that he is older I cheat with cookies, cakes and SUGAR!!!!

    Hi, Jane. Good to see you here. I "knew" you previously on this or another team on SP. I was slinkiecat a few years ago. Anyway, we have both made it back here, and although I am far less visible these days, i do check in to this team and am glad to see that others are taking up the battle for conservative victory in our country.
