Introduction Text I'm so DONE! I'm DONE because I'm not comfortable in my own skin anymore. I'm DONE because I hate that feeling all eyes are on me as I enter the room and not because I'm the prettiest. I'm DONE because I want to feel better about myself and who I am and want to be. I will put up a good fight, I may even fall down and that is why I'm here... SUPPORT, SUPPORT, SUPPORT! I know I will be picked up brushed off and put back into the game by my fellow Spark People. I AM NOT ALONE!! I will do all I can to help others as I help myself on this road to a new me. I will thank God and friends along the way. I may even thank the scale for being kind, MAYBE!

My goal is to weigh 150-160 again. To be more active and healthy. To find myself as I start this journey to a new me.

15 minutes of exercise daily. Walking between 1.5 and 2.5 daily on treadmill. To break a sweat at least once a day. To eat less and more often.
