    I gathered a whole lot of tips for my own use; they were the ones that "spoke" to me -- then condensed them down to their bare essentials, so they'd be easier to remember. Then I thought that they might help others... I look at them sort of like the motivational quotes that Sparkpeople has. But I have wondered if they haven't "lost a lot in translation" by my condensation. So knowing they help you is something I appreciate.

    Don't ever give up! Just make small changes and make them permanent. Once that is normal, make a few more small changes.... It all adds up to success and better health. Good luck!
