Introduction Text Living in Alaska is fun, but difficult. Exercising in the winter is hard, but exercise videos make it easier. There is so much beauty here if you are willing to get out and find it. Having dogs that want to walk and play outside helps.

Long term: weigh between 125-135 pounds by July 10, 2014. That means lose 83-93 pounds. 2010 lost 10 pounds 2011 lost 11 pounds 2012 gained 5 pounds 2013 0 pounds 2014 gained 1 pound 2015 progress January February March April May June July August September October November December

Spend time with God. Workout at least five days a week. drink at least 8 cups of water each day. Track my calories daily. Get my house organized.

Living in Alaska can be a challenge at times. The darkness and extreme cold in the winter don't encourage working out, but the long, warm summer days do. Videos and workout equipment help me get in shape for the hikes, walks, and kayaking during the summer.
