Introduction Text I've been a member of SparkPeople since 2007. And in between the exercise and healthy changes, I've been lying to myself about what exactly moderation is. And guess what, I didn't lose any weight. Oh I do eat healthier, and I get out and exercise more, but the lies add up and for every pound lost, I gained one back. This new fresh start (#3) is about honesty. I'm going to be honest with myself about what I do to undermine my health. Read on to learn a little more about me, and take a peek at my blog. I'll be updating everyone on my personal battle with the Big Fat Lying Inner Voice. I'm an avid nerd and gamer. I have a plethora of children, all "mine" even though I didn't have to birth them all. My husband and I work hard to stay silly-in-love. Goofy is trendy. GOALS: 2008 - complete a triathlon - check 2009 - quit drinking so much - almost a check 2010 - be more honest with myself!

I'd like to drop some pounds so I can fit into my clothes!
