So Glad to hear about your new program. I hope it is successful for you, but still hope you will drop in from time to time so I can keep up with you. Thank you for your kind words. I have been having some trouble the past couple of months staying consistent. One week great results and the next a weight gain. I had to set my ticker to encourage me to push forward. I have not recorded my weight for this week because I feel horrible I gained and it was frightful. I think at times I loose sight that this is a change to carry for the rest of my life and not just a number on the scale. So to answer your question I am going to reset my ticker once I hit 190 lbs then I will set a smaller goal to 180 lbs and so on...Hopefully this will keep me motivated to move at a more consistent pace instead of setting a big huge goals and getting more frustrated when I am off course.
