"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal." 3/13/2011 I became a widow on short notice~ I am going to continue to live the best life that I can in my husbands honor~ 'THIS TIME NEXT YEAR YOU WILL BE GLAD THAT YOU DID NOT QUIT TODAY!"1/2010 And I was glad 1/11 35 pounds down~~ 5/21/10 Voted Motivator!!! Better be a good example!!! Things that are working!! 1.Clean Eating! 2. Tracking food 3. Planning the whole day in the am 4. Workout 5. Support from spark friends and family 6. No fried food 7. blogs 8. water (not high on list because I love it) 9. No diet soda 10. Believing in myself!! I am making wonderful changes and challenging myself!!!! I will be healthy again. Last time I stopped losing weight when I met my husband. So I am so excited to see how far I will go once I figure out how to eat healthy now that I am sharing my life! I live in sunny California. I love it here and would never move. “There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.” I can't believe I got to marry the man of my dreams, my best friend, my partner. I am doing a great job of working on what I eat and working on keeping weight on my husband. It is working well. That was one of my biggest struggles. I lost my weight before I met him and have not lost one pound sense. Till I found spark people. What we got going on thus far I know that when I eat within my calorie range and exercize I just feel great the next day and next day and so on. And I am taking great care of my body. I know I have a athlete in me. I just need the athletes body to go with it. I need not to carry around this extra weight anymore. April I having been walking for like 6 years, I never liked to ride my bicycle. Now I love it never thought I would. I am really proud of my self for doing so well. I Will continue after our wedding and finaly get under 200 pounds. Spark people has been such a great tool for me. I will continue to succeed, Diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to get that.

Good Things first I will eat right I will do heavy workouts at least 4 x a week I will love myself I will love and honor my husbands memory~ I will eat tons of veggies I will start eating more fruit I will be healthy again! I will not eat fast food I will not get down on myself if I screw up I will not eat french fries... very often, :) I will not eat peanut m&Ms very often... :)

I have a dirtbikes and a jeep that are real fun~~. It is great fun playing in the mud. Makes me feel like a kid!! I am from California, Walking and riding my mountain bike really helps.
