My Goals:
My current goal is to get under 200 pounds.
Mini Goals:
228 by 2/29/2020
210 by 4/30/2020- 4 year anniversary
204 by 5/23/2020- family wedding
185 by 7/31/2020- beach week
My Program:
Track everything.
Move my body 30 minutes everyday.
1/2 my body weight in oz of water everyday.
Personal Information:
In 2012 I used Spark to help me lose almost 60 pounds and was just shy of my 200 pound goal. Fell off the wagon and gained back the 60 I had lost plus another 10. In February 2017 my doctor challenged me to lose 10% of my body weight (27 pounds) in 6 months (beginning of August 2017). At first I laughed him off and said yeah right I have tried this plenty of times before with very little success. March 27, 2017 I visited with a nutritionist per my doctor's recommendation and he challenged me with the same 10%/6 month goal. That was when I came home and said to my husband "it is now or never, it is time we get serious about this." So I logged into SparkPeople and adjusted my goals. This time around is the first time I have ever tracked my food. In 2012 it was a challenge because I was in college and ate most of my meals in the cafeteria but now I am married and have my own kitchen and refrigerator so I am in complete control of what foods come in to my home.
