My Goals:
Lose a great deal of weight
I would like to drink lots of water.
Eat healthier
Get rid of my high blood pressure
Run without getting winded
Have more energy to do the things I have been putting off. Play with my 4 year old


My Program:
 I am exercising 4 times a week. Jogging, walking, elliptical, and trying to eat healthier.
