I guess it's time to update this. It's been almost one year since I started my spark journey and I am down 48 pounds from then. I feel great! The past 6 months or so have been hard. I'm learning not to focus on the scale so much. I've been within the same 10lbs for 6 months, but I have lost inches. I'm even seeing definition in my back and arms!! I have definitely slacked on my nutrition, and that is my main focus right now. Fitness is the easy part. Now that I've been going to the YMCA, which includes a few hours of childcare, I have no excuse not to workout.
I'm focused on finishing 2012 just as strong as I started it. Woo hoo!

I'm so very excited about my journey. I feel like I have spent a lifetime dieting and I've always gained it back plus some. This time just feels different. I don't feel like I'm battling myself in decisions about food and I've run out of excuses for not exercising. I like how easy this has been so far. 2012 is going to be a great year and I am so looking forward to wearing a bathing suit this summer!

~Stay within calorie range 5/7 days

~At least 6000 steps per day

~10 Minutes of exercise per day

~Run at least 3 days/wk

~Bodypump at least 3 days/wk
