I have found writing or posting my food for the day really helps me.
I have stopped going to Jenny Craig because of IBS issues when eating. The symptoms have been abated most of the time however I have regained about 8 pounds. I have an appointment with a dietician next week Tuesday and between the dietician and sparkpeople this will keep me losing weight and being healthy. I have a new motivation to exercise consistently and not snack. I am doing therapy exercises before I do my chores now to try to alleviate pain. I lost 46 pounds since I started Jenny Craig. It took me a long time. It took 4 years and I still have a long way to go but so far I have learned so many things and gone through so many health challenges.
The challenges on this site help set mygoals.

Fitness Minutes: 7,105

My Goals:
To be at a healthy happy weight, feel good about myself and to have more energy.
15 minutes 3X a week strengthening exercises.
Walking 15 minutes 5 days a week.

My Program:
Exercise at least 3 days a week
Drink 8 cups of water daily
Follow menu plan keep track of food and water
Don't eat any extra foods that are not on the nutrition tracker. No snacking in the bedroom or any unplanned snacks.

I can. I know I can. What challenge would everyone suggest? I have been having IBS symptoms regularly. I do fine until I eat regular food.
