    I read your blog before you deleted it. I had a comment for you.

    Hey, it is totally ok to cry when you are frustrated!!! The fact that you are showing frustration means that you care about trying to make a change. THAT IS A GOOD THING!!!! A couple of questions to ask.
    What type of cardio, and how much and how often?
    Any weight training? dumbells, resistance bands?
    How clean are trying to eat?
    Are you starving your body and do not know it? Your body if it is not used to something will actually take on a mind of its own. You are controling calories(new) exercising regularly(new) your body may be thinking,"I am not getting enough fuel for this activity so I need to SLOW down and burn fuel slower, which means your metabolism may be slowing. I know I know it sounds stupid, you have to eat to lose weight. It is what you eat and what fuel your body is burning.

    The bottom line..... YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
    NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
